the eggs wer sixty three days, so i figured they wer probably dead, so i opened one, and it is still alive. Wut do i do?

Sorry to say we have all done this one time or another Not much you can do Morgan, if he is fully developed and ready he will live (leave him in the incubator for a while and see how he does.
If he is underdeveloped, (smallish) like he did not really grow to what the should be, then sadly he will probably die very quickly.
