That looks like a hatchling corn snake to me, but again, not knowing where the snake is from makes it difficult. There are some snakes in far off regions that look very much like North American snakes.

It looks like a hatchling albino cornsnake. Very likely it is an escaped captive.
The guy is in idiot for picking it up with a pen like that and then grabbing it. What if it had been a coralsnake or little copperhead?

I must admit with the triangular head I thought there was a chance it was some kind of viper like a baby copperhead. I had a look at some cornsnake pictures and they mostly don't seem to have such a triangular head. Perhaps they look like that as babies then it becomes less pronounced?
Cornsnakes and many other snakes flatten their heads when threatened. This is why using head shape is not a very good way of telling venomous from non-venomous snakes.

I'm pretty sure it's a corn snake. Given the orange lighting I couldn't rule out a yellow rat though. It does look like an albino corn snake like others mentioned, but it could just be the poor lighting again.
Gotta love the sound effects though!

What goes up must come down...unless it exceeds escape velocity.
What I don't understand is how someone can be afraid of being bit by a corn snake that small...its obviously not dangerous! All you have to do is look at it with your eyes. The level ignorance of people when it comes to nature never ceases to amaze me! It's like mistaking a pickup truck for a Corvette because "the both had 4 wheels". Ok I should stop griping because I don't even know the story behind the video...
