The father was rootbeer (corn/meahllmorum) het amel het hypo and the female a cinnamon (hypo corn/emoryi) het amel
I like it. He is definitely a keeper.
Especially when you consider he is the only rootbeer to hatch so far.
A lot of people look at rootbeers as a by-product but I plan on keeping a few mostly because I like the look. I will breed them of course. I'm as interested in them as creams and cinnamons.

He went home (for free) to a good home. I think it was actually a birth defect..... It was too perfect to be broken ribs. I think he was just born without them.....

well when you breed a ghost het amel to a ghost het amel you get ghosts and snows with the snows actually being homo for amel anery and hypo. The amel basically masks the hypo but you can see a more pink wash and subtle differences between them and the regular snows I have. It will be interesting to see how they mature.
by the way...I knew the male was het amel but didn't know the female was until I saw snows.
