Possible MELANISTIC GOINI..........

Brandon Osborne Jun 24, 2007 08:59 PM

A good friend of mine just informed me that he hatched out a possible melanistic goini. It's offspring of two unrelated animals and it is currently opaque. I'll get pics this week after it sheds. Let's hope for a new morph!

I know of a melanistic eastern king that was collected from Leon County, FL (pretty close to goini range).

I'd definitely like to see pics of the melanistic king and its siblings. Melanism is already expressed in Mexican black kings, and some Cal king morphs. I doubt though that anyone would cross these into goini...

Not this guy. He's not much on crosses and doesn't have time to mess with the trouble. He's what some of us consider a semi-old timer. He just called me up the other day and asked if I had ever hatched out a solid black goini. lol. I'll keep everyone posted as I get the info.
