Well here are some recent pics. of the new "Sanctuary." As you can see it would be nice for LE. to scope out the roads during the day as well. The Atrox was killed within minutes of me finding it. We are the best friend these animals could ever have to save them from this kind of death. I gurantee you the people who do this sort of thing don't have a clue they could pay a fine for it. This new law is such HORSE@%#&. I can't believe Texas can stand to be the first state to outlaw this pastime. With all the fences in Texas it was always a release to be able to cruise the roads and find these amazing animals. People from out of state do not have a clue how hard it is in Texas to find herps without the roads as helping hands. There is hardly any access to land to flip and even less that was lawfull to collect on. I have heard people on other forums ask if you could find more herps cruising or flipping. In Texas cruising was the only way for some and now that is lost. I'm sorry for the rant and I know it has been said before, either on this website or in private, but thanks for reading. Oh and by the way, the picture of Juno speaks for itself. When they close the road, most of the time they aren't kidding.
