black blood cage size question

what size cage does evry1 feel that a adult male black blood would need? i have heard 3X2 and 4X2 right now mine is in a freedom breeder rack that is roughly 15"X30" he isnt ready to move up yet but getting close. only reason i am sking is right now i have extra 3X2 boaphiles and instead of buying a new cage just curious if that would be big enough
