Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it looks as though it may have already ripped out some of its small intestine. Put the snake on damp paper towels for the next day or two and it should rot and fall off (like an umbilical cord on a baby)

ok thanks and i will do that. we'll see what happens.
What caused the snake to come out of it's shell too early?
The snake should be alright as long as most of the cord is absorbed? If not ??. Keeping it on a wet paper towel might help as long as the cord doesn't start to be pulled out with the snake crawling around. Good luck with the snake.
i forgot to mention yeserday the cord was off in like 10 mins after hatched. the eggs were laid 64 days ago so it's not early. thanks.
So the little guys alright?
The pic had me wondering if he was gonna make it....
yep so far she is fine. flicking tongue alot and moving around in a hatchling tub. but i am still watching and after first shed i am going to feed her along with others.
