Meet Kiwi *Danger, Pictures*

Chris_Burton Jun 26, 2007 01:05 PM

Bought Kiwi off this site, it showed up on my porch 6/5/2007 alive and well. Born 4/15/2007 it's between 2 and 3 months old.

Enjoy!! ^^

In this next pic, to me it looks obvious it isn't quite used to being held just yet. As you can see from the darkening coloration.

After the picture was taken Kiwi got this malicious gleam in it's eye and jumped on my arm, crawled up a little bit then licked it's lips and jumped down.

Now for the other reason I wanted to show Kiwi to everybody. A couple days after I got Kiwi I noticed what looked like a burn scar on it's knee. Anyone's opinion on this?

So, How ya like my little feller?

Looks like he could that he is going to shed in that area, too, but then again it could be burn mark. But all in all, you have a lovely baby iguana.

When you feed him, it's good idea to shred the greens in the food processor a little bit to make it into smaller pieces for him. That's what I did for my iguana when he was young. Here he is now:
