Try putting some casters on it - that will help with the moving. Coat the plywood with varathane or something similar to preserve it and make it easier to clean.

thanks for the ideas! I think at this point getting casters on it is near impossible but as soon as I have to clean it and empty it I will def'n look into that!!! Thanks again
