Hey guys sense Tincs are mainly terrestrial would a long oriented tank be better for them?
My Tincs do climb a lot, but they seem to like jumping from side to side much better. Therefore, I would recommend a Longer tank (rather than High). Plus, a longer tank will allow for more space to add a stream and pond area. It seems that for better folliage a taller tank tends to be better; however, there are plenty of nice subtitutes for a shorter tank.

I totally agree with you Cliff. A longer or wider tank would be much better for tincs. You don't want it to be to shallow though, atleast 12" after the false bottom is in. Just my 2 cents though.
