Can you please post a pic of one of your T negative cal kings crossed with a lavender phase.

I did the same cross with the florida kings and would like to see what the resulting 1 /16 DH offspring might look like. Will they have red eyes? Pigment eyed? Color???

Basically I want to know how I can tell if one is a double homozygous animal. You help would be greatly appreciated!

If I remember corectly he could't tell the difference between the double homozygote and the others. Either that or maybe he didn't get one.

I would guess that the darker lavender pigments would show through and it would be nearly impossible to tell a lavender apart from a lavender albino.

Lets see some pics of yours.

Yeah - I *suspect* the only way to tell a double homo would be to breed it with a lav and prove it is homo for lav (all lav young).

I am not convinced of that. People were saying that for years about the hybinos (hypo x lavender) and they were wrong. I am hoping this is the case for the T neg x lavenders.

My eggs have not hatched yet but NokturnalTom got some that already hatched. Mine will hatch mid July.
