very nice! i been wanting a pair sometime.
Beautiful snake. How often, and what do you feed yours?
She presently gets a small mouse around every 10 days. She'll be two in September and is a little over three feet. I find if I feed her more she gets a little chunky. I've also gotten into the habit of supplementing her food. In my opinion, there is a big nutritional difference between "wild" prey and lab mice fed human made rodent food much like there is a huge difference in eating wild game or range fed beef versus grain fed commercial beef (loaded up with antibiotics to boot). Just some food for thought I guess.
They've got to be the calmest milks out there. They never, ever refuse food (careful 'cause they can get obese). They seem to be very forgiving with regards to their care and even temperature requirements. And they get big and glossy. I got my pair from Clay Davenport. I saw photo's of his 7' adults being handled by his young daughter. Gentle impressive giant black snakes.
