Anyone know the TX regulations for having your car parked on the shoulder (or off the shoulder) of a public thoroughfare?
Hopefully, there are none.

If there are no rules about us parking just anywhere along the road, I've got an idea.

I can't cite the reg and I'm not 100% certain, but I think you are supposed to be off of the improved shoulder (except for emergencies where parking of the shoulder is not possible).
What is your idea?
I have a nice, simple idea, but I won't post on here. Let's just keep it a nice little surprise. I'll email it out if anyone wants to know. I plan on sending it to Troy H. and Joe F. just as a lark.
If you want it, email me at jkjeansonne@yahoo.com.
