How would you tell...

a male Bosc from a female just by looking at a picture? I'm curious because I'd like to see if its possible to say what my own is... S/He's pushing 13 inches now.. give or take.. I posted pics a bit ago.. though not sure if you'd be able to tell from them or not.

If you need any other views tell me and I'll try and get them... My camera is crappy.. hoping to remedy that soon though.

Well some what.
On a female Bosc the base of the tail at the vent will be thin and non-bulbous, the snout comes to a point, and the distance between the eyes on the top of the head is very narrow.
Female (Peaches)

On a male the base of the tail is very thick, and bulbous at the vent, the nose is blunted and very rounded with bumps at the tops of the nostrils, and distance between the eyes are wide at the top.
Male (Gator)

I'm at 1.2 on my boscs right now. I'm looking into starting a breeding soon, this fall actually. Being blessed with eggs would be very cool.

Do you or anyone else have full body shots of the differences between male and female Bosc's? I guess I'm just curious as to which I have...
