Ohio needs to get with the system

However, great caution should be exercised when handling these exceptionally bold and aggressive reptiles. They should always be carried by the tail, with the plastron (lower shell) toward you body, and well away from you legs.

yeah this is ridiculous
being a game species does not excuse animal cruelty
