I'm new here

JSpythons Jun 29, 2007 07:13 PM

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi to everyone out there. This is my first time posting so here goes. I am 16 years old and have 12 snakes:
1.1 pastel ball pythons
1.1 het albino ball pythons
1.2 ball pythons
1.1 cornsnakes
0.1 western hognose snake
1.0 brazilian rainbow boa
0.0.1 gopher snake
As you can see ball pythons are my favorite. I started collecting them about 5-6 months ago. I should be breeding my pastel male to a female in a little under a year so I am a newbie to all of this. I'll try to get pictures of the collection up as soon as possible.

Welcome to the board. Sounds like you have very good start. You have to post pics when you can..

Thanks for the compliments. I would get pictures up but I don't know how to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's quite a collection you have there! I wish I had started as early as you are.

There have been several posts about how to post pics. You may want to do a search on this forum. I know Tosha has been very helpful in explaining it a few times.

Thanks for the kind words. I didn't think I had that great of a collection compared to how many snakes some people have. Fortunately I am lucky to live somewhat close to the East Bay Vivarium in Berkeley, CA, which is reportedly the oldest and largest reptile store in the nation.
That brings up another thing. I'd like to see how many of you have dealt with the East Bay Vivarium and what you think of them. I've been going to them for years and not once have I been dissatisfied.
