Handsome lizard posing for ya, lol I enjoyed your photos very much, hope to see more in the near future! Those NM lizards look to be quite a mix of species, COOL looking colors/patterns

Amazing pictures! The last two are so perfect, I can't believe he posed right there for you.
of pics as they happened. As you can see he was sharing the rock outcropping with a young cottontail rabbit and a coachwhip (snake in the hole). I would bet there were other critters hanging around there too. The 1st two pics are when I spotted him from a distance. The next several are pics I took as I circled around to the right and very slowly moved forward. The bunny jumped up as I circled back around to the front and then I noticed the coachwhip peeking out of a hole at the base of the outcropping. The last pic is when I circled back around in back and he was completly in the shadow of the rocks.
