Helix basic thermostat replacement probe

idealreptiles Jul 02, 2007 03:33 AM

Anyone know where to get a few of these?
And also a manual?
I just found out I might be able to use all those extra power boxes to add wattage to it?
Any help would be great!
Also just picked up a DBS-1000....with night drop.
Any manuals out there on this?
Thanks.

Does Helix still exist? If so, just call them! I have that unit, and it's awesome! It's held to 1/10 of a degree for 10 years!

I have been e-mailing back and forth with him... I have two for probe replacements, and thinking about sending in three for calibration....
Is this necessary?

They are older and I want to make sure they are working properly, as this year, breeding was not as well off as the last.. and I wonder if temps had something to do with it.
