Keeping the humidity down

I just built a rack system for my snakes. I have done much temp testing and have that down to a T. Humidity is now my next issue it seems to fluctuate between u to how do I get the humidity down in certain shelves of the rack?? Or better yet what steps can I take to keep humidity down to the mid range (p)

the key to humidity is the placement of the water dish and the ventilation....water dish ontop or underneath heat source coupled with small ventilation= high humidity.

water source away from heat source coupled with large ventilation = low humidity.

its just a case of experimenting until you get the required humidity you want..
