Will be taking a vacation here soon and will be staying in Santa Fe awhile. This is not a trip focused on herps, but hell if I can squeeze it in, why not? Does anyone know if the highways around Santa Fe are productive for any species? Thanks.

Yes, I have hunted that area but it has been years. Bull and rattle snakes mostly. If you decide to move around the area look for the Purgatory River on a map. It’s on the border of Colorado. Watch out walking in the evening, rattle snakes under every bush.
