My 3 legs beardie ( when i bought her she already had only 3 legs) laid 13 eggs the 21st June. 8 of them colapsed, one or two days after been laid. The 9th one colapsed yesterday. Besides being shrivelled this egg had also become grey.I opened it and i noticed that the white part had become dark like coca cola but i noticed also it had a tiny spot of blood inside. In spite of the bad appearance the stuff i found inside the egg didnt smell bad. The blood means it was fertile?I didnt see any embryo and that egg was already 2 weeks old.
4 eggs still look good and if i put a penlight close to them i can see that the bottom of those eggs are red. Thats a good sign, no?Im keeping the temp around 80-83 but one afternoon the air cond. broke when i was at work and when i arrived home i saw that the temp increased until 85-86K.That too high for beardie eggs no?
Thats my first experience with lizards eggs so im VERY nervous!
