All my T's arrived DOA as expected, it sat in a hot van with temps over 100* and the over the holiday, got here 5 days later, the ice pack was the sun and the delivery company won't ready the tempreature on the box to help out, so i will wait until mother nature cools down and find another company to go with.
Until then i think about them with a heavy heart.

I'm really sorry to hear about your spiders. I hope you get a refund, and can find some others soon. I've never lost anything from shipping, but I can imagine how sad it must've been to open that box. Hope you feel better soon.

awww im sorry like i have said before not a fan of spiders or anything in there family but that just sux one of the worse things that can happen

Like others, spiders are not my thing but still I wouldn't wish that fate on anything destined to be a pet.

Lesson to be learned by all, NEVER ship on a holiday week. With that day off things just get hosed up. I've put off my delivery of rainbows from Will for just that reason. Also, I refuse to ship out (other then Delta) on any week that is not a normal 5 day nothing special week. Lastly, when shipping overnight, Wednesday is my last going out day. That way if it does get held up a day (happens) then there is still another week day for delivery and does not spend the weekend in some warehouse or even worse in a delivery truck

Neither one of us thought about the holiday or the temps etc, but figured being in the business one would think for you. i don't know if it would work out again with DHL with a free week or not, as long as the tempreatures are good the rest should be good. Well off to see the memorial wall that is in my town for the first time ever, will post pic's if anyones interested.

...So sorry to hear this. How were they packed and how were they shipped? Overnight shipping in insulated boxes is the ONYL responsible way to ship animals. I have had poor service from virtually all the shipping companies. You just have to plan on them screwing something up and then make your shipping as fool proof as possible to provide safe shipping in spite of their poor service. When shipping you have to plan early in the week shipping and no shipping on weeks with holidays and ship priority overnight and check the weather and use hot or ice packs and still be very careful. These things are all the responsibility of the seller. It has been several years since I lost an animal in shipping but it still bothers me. Breeders and dealers who do not plan for the problems and fool proof their shipments to protect the animals are a curse on this hobby/business.

it was packed well but the icepack was a small one and on the side, everything about this went wrong and i can't help but think between the both of us we didn't stop and think.
