I have a pair of Western Hognose whom have never been together. The male is about 5-6 years old and the female is a couple months short of being 3 years old. I was intending on brumating them for the first time this winter to mate them next spring. Yesterday I put them in the same cage for the first time to free up some space for something else. Today I am surprised to see them mating. Neither of them have been hibernated before. I think the female is a little on the small side but I have seen other other w hog breeders that were smaller. Do you think I will get a clutch of eggs?
