Sometimes when my 2 year old male beardy is basking he will randomly inflate himself, but not in anger he doesnt puff out the black beard. but he looks like a ballon he seems like he is gunna pop. is there something wrong with him?

That's normal. Sometimes they do it to stretch their skin if shedding etc. But othertimes they just do.
