Can you identify?

korina Aug 18, 2003 12:09 PM

I have 7 leos. I rescued all of them from Petco and would take all they have if I had the room. I know one is albino, sort of obvious, but I have no clue about hets & stuff. Didn't really care, I just liked them. Well, I would appreciate any help identifying them (once I get pictures). Anyone willing to help?

Thanks
Korina

Sorry even if we see pictures no one will be able to tell if they are hets. Hets look just like normal geckos. Someone here will definetly be able to tell you if you have any other morphs though.

What do you mean rescued? Did you buy them or did they give them to you? Buying a gecko from petco is not a rescue, it actually causes more geckos to be subjected to that.

You can't tell a het from looking at it.

Quarantine, quarantine, quarantine.

Good luck.

I purchased the first few, then they started giving them to me because I was complaining about their conditions. They were coming in SO tiny, they didn't have food the correct size for them to eat and two or three of them would die each day. We have gotten to know a few of them pretty well at our store (so much so that when we drive in, someone is already getting us crickets) and we were fostering them for a while.
I have had most of them for close to a year now, they have all been very healthy, surprisingly. I will post pictures soon.
Thanks
