Hi,
I have a problem with my large ridleyi female.
I got myself a large pair of CB00 ridleyis in December 06. It's proven breeders, from a reliable german breeder.
They were mating like crazy, throughout january and february and the female began to look swollen in late february and stopped eating. Suddently, almost like from one day to another, she looked a little skinny, the swelling was gone and she became agressive as hell. This was in late march. And ever since, she's has refused feeding. Nothing seems to tempt her to begin feeding. She has been feeding happyli on prekilled rats as well mice before. But nothing seems to tempt her at all.
Has any of you guyes has a similar expirience with this species? Or do you perhaps have a trick for getting her to feed again?
