Any ball owners from PA?

mustang67ford Aug 18, 2003 01:22 PM

Hello, just trying to see how many bell owners are in my area. I am around central PA area. In this area we can get extreem weather conditions. How do people in the area deal with this.

Does D.C. count as in your area?

I am in D.C. which is only about 1 hour from PA border, right?

I am in your area.

Philadelphia area.
I have a generator hooked up to my reptile room. It is natural gas. 8 seconds electric off my power kicks in. It is also hooked to supply in other rooms of the house. It is nice! Cost me ten thousand to get installed 1996.

I live in Philadelphia. The weather this year hasnt been as bad as last year was thank god. My solution:Air ocnditioning of course. Then i just heat the tanks as i would in the winter. BUt if the AC is off, and the tmeps are okay, ill turn everyones lights off, depending on the species. Frogs have their lights out, snake has his light out, but with a UTH still on on the warm side. Nothings been too bad yet. Im not an experienced ball keeper or anything, just go mine 2 weeks ago. Did you happen to go to the Hamburg show?

I Lve in Philly and around here it gets really hot so I keep my BP in an air conditioned room with a heating pad so she can thermoregulate.

Sunday it is
actually we have not been to that pet store yet, we live in the North West, and tend to travel WEST, not North, or east
kids would love that, we got a buddy in 3 or 4 pet stores in the area who let them play with the 'babies'
so they have good practice
i U go to Mountain Tree Dragon Forum, and see the Thread on lets see if this link works
U can see a pic of Her Snake, and my Dragon
U cannot miss us, we are blonde

I live in the Williamsport area. I have a heating pad under my tanks and a heat lamp on top for the day time. With palstic on top to keep the humidity up. They stay in the low to mid 80's and about 70% humidity.
