Do yo think this is a Blue-Phase?

Darkelf Aug 18, 2003 01:28 PM

I'm aware that a blue-phase TF is typicaly charcoal-blue or gray-blue during the day and light blue at night. That is widely considered a true blue-phase. This is how my Australian White's is and I've seen pics of blue-phase RETF's and they are the same way.
Now, I ask the topic question becase of this - I recently (2 weeks ago) purchased 2 Tiger-Leg Monkey TF's. One is typical green, the other during the day while hanging is kinda teal with a light gray patch on the back (sometimes the patch isn't there) and at night is the same light blue as a traditional blue-phase. With his orange legs and white belly he looks like the OLD classic Miami Dolphins uniforms.
So, wold yo as a herp enthusiast (?sp lol) consider him a blue-phase or not? I'm really just curious
on everyones opinions. Let me know what ya think. Thanks

i have an aussie WTF's that is BRIGHT green during the day and at night she turns a lovely blue color. a true blue phase is a frog which is blue nearly all the time, so i dont classify my WTF as a blue phase.
