Help on iguana food

antialex41 Jul 11, 2007 12:08 AM

Hi
Im from Puerto Rico and here to get dark leafy greens its almost impossible the only ones available every time of the year are watercrees and I had a badtime recognizing them because here it was under another name "berro" and the other things I know that are good for them that I get them all the time: yuca, butternut squash, and corn squash, snap peas and a few more.
Is it ok to give almost everytime feed them watercress as their only dark leafy green because I can't get anything else exept a few veggies that aren't so good for them but I give them some so they don't get board of the same food.
Collard greens are available like one time in the year and endive to.
Would you guys recomend me any pellets to mix with the food I give them or are they going to do fine like that.
Thanks!!!

Here, all we feed is leafy greens/etc- but if you can't get them- do what you can and I think mixing the pellets with any leafy greens you can find.
