gray banded

i picked up a gray banded cross possi at a reptile show gorgeous snake. my question is what the heck is a possi i think thats what he said. this is my first snake like this i have all green tree pythons. he is a little guy but dog tame wich my wife likes and eats like a champ just curios of what this name is. thanks

I am guessing that the seller was not sure of the genetic history and thinks it may be a cross (hybrid), but it may not... Without talking to the seller to verify what was meant I can only guess.

how about a pic?

We are pretty good at making a call on if you have a hybrid here..

Like San Luis Potosi Kingsnake, or "Mex-mex"..

maybe he knew the genetic line as a cross of Alterna and Mex-mex..

That's exactly what i was thinking.. Ill bet he said Gray Band cross Potosi!
