my friends box turtle laid eggs today and hes doesnt have a incubator what is a consistant one? also how long can they go without incubation ? should he wait to get one. b/c hes doesnt want anything digging them up and eating them should/can he dig them up and keep them inside he plans to get one very soon . thank

I incubate mine at room temp, as long as it's above 75 degrees and below 85 degrees it's fine, mine stayed a pretty consistant 78, only on really hot days did they hit 83.
