I've got a young-ish dwarf pyxie, who's always been very healthy, even croaks and keeps me awake at times. But just recently (the last couple times I've dug him out to feed him), I've noticed that his mouth seems swollen. He can't close it all the way, and what appears to be pink lower gums are protruding out slightly. He eats just fine and acts perfectly normal, other than that I've noticed slightly labored breathing if I move him/freak him out too much. It's freaking me out. Anyone know what it could be? I only feed dead prey, and I keep his environment clean... In fact I'd like to clean it now, but I don't want to disturb him any more than necessary.
