Thanks. I just separated the bad one from the three stuck together, I could feel it was softer then the other two.

They are pretty iffy looking but I wouldn't throw anything out yet. I have seen some ugly eggs hatch.

I have a pair of Kukuri snakes, that haven't had reptile eggs for 10 months they love fresh slugs.
I hate to see my snakes have to work so hard for nothing, granted, these snakes were not cooled, I live in the tropics, AC is too hot, mine only goes down to 18 c, but on hot winter days, has to fight to keep that temp, fridge Yes but riskay I dont want loose any of my snakes. I have a friend that uses a fridge for his high mountain snakes, but he's lost a few snakes, ice in a cooler sorry I could'nt risk that, in mild climates it could work, here it's cooking hot and humid as a suna, the ice would melt in no time.

I seem to be having luck breeding with out cooling, this is my 4th cluch of N Anerican snakes this year and my first bad lot.
To tell you the truth. I was expecting good eggs from all my snakes, and was thinking, cooling as a must was bull, I'm not so sure anymore.
