What would the average price for one of these beauties be? Anybody know a reputable breeder that has any? Thanks in advance!

That's not a cornsnake. The picture you've posted is a Leucistic Texas Ratsnake that's off of Don Soderberg's website. Beautiful snakes for sure.

It's Don's image from his website of a Leucistic Texas ratsnake - why not start with asking him for his prices and when they'll be available this year? I know he has some really nice ones!

See if you can find someone around you that has one. See if they can or would let you come by and see it first hand.
The only reason I say this is because I have been told by a few different people that they can be a nasty tempered snake. I'd like to have one, but would rather see it and handle it first hand to see if is as nasty tempered as I have heard.
Not trying to scare you off, but just trying to give you a heads up on a possibility.

They often start out kinda nippy as babies, but most will calm down very nicely with regular gentle handling. Mine was a biter when he was too little to do any real damage. Now that he's big enough to give me a good whack he's dog tame. Great snakes, actually, with pretty much the same care requirements as corns. Both are North American Ratsnakes. The LTR will get a foot or two longer, though. Duffy
thats not a corn, but if you really want a white corn get a blizzard.

you all do actually know that leucistic black rats were actually made by crossing blacks to leucistic Texans right?.......
just in case you didn't .......thought I'd say so...

Local Corn is in season and picking is non-stop........LOL
........
I've heard that, I've also heard "rusty" black rats were the het version of leucistics br's, that whitesided Everglades rats were crossed with whitesided black rats and vice versa, etc etc. It's a tangled web thats been woven over the years it seems
I have heard that rusty to rusty make white.........not sure what the lineage is there.....
I do know that Larry Rouch sold the leucistic blacks years ago and he more than likely crossed texas leucies with lacks to get them.......
.....white sided black was the first...a female found in a school bio classroom......by the teacher showing it to George Miskimmons......kid gave it to teacher for brownie points........someone actually stole that snake......they made an announcement that if the snake "returned to cage" no questions would be asked......the snake actually returned to the cage,......(they said "it is one of a kind and you will be caught " blah blah blah.....all thought the taker would dispose of it or let it go.........but anyways it went back to cage and George got it.........15 years later the public got licorice rats.......
the public then mixed them to glades and yellows and all kinds of other stuff I bet.........and now you can get licorice /white sided all kinds of ratsnakes......
.......cremes are emoryi crosses as are rootbeers.....we know....
.......ultras have grey rat in them as do frosteds......
.......and I know people that will not have anything to do with caramel, amber, butters due to them being emoryi crosses also............but why then do they not look like cremes and come out butters????,..........LOL.........
anyways........
a snake is a snake.......and hybrids don't scare me at all......
.........if I would have bred the chondro to the "other" carpet I owned and not the wrong female...I would have been the first to make carpondros............LOL........
.........but ball shorttails are just wierd.......as are some of the other ball crosses......

The kingsnake classifieds is a good place to look for prices and availability, as well as the breeder already mentioned in several posts.
Prices for these guys seem to vary. I have seen them from $100 CDN, up to about $300 CDN. No clue what American prices are.
They are nice snakes, can be nippy, even as adults but their bite isn't all that painful, no worse than an adult corn (well, when the rat snake is an adult).
