WHAT IS THE BEST FEEDING SCHEDULE FOR HONDOS FROM HATCHLING TO ADULT. ALSO WHAT IS A GOOD WEIGHT TO CONSIDER BREEDING HONDOS, I AM AWARE THE FEMALE SHOULD BE A CERTAIN WEIGHT.

Small meals are good every 3-5 days for young hondurans. Once they are eating mid sized mice every 5-10 days is OK.
Females from what I understand seem to be good to go at around 600g .. they will breed smaller but its not a good idea usually.

Hatchling to yearlings are fed every 5 days. Yearling to breeder adults are fed weekly. Females that are producing eggs are fed every 4 days.
I bred a 600 gram female this year and she produced 6 fertile eggs. I would never attempt to bred anything under 600 grams though!
