Feeding question for a B/T.

I'm currently feeding adult mice to my 38" b/t. What are the opinions on feeding chicks, rats, quails, and rabbits. Is one food item better then another? Just curious....

I had to switch my Blackthroat over to small rats because she could eat 3-5 mice at a time.As she grew bigger,the size of the rats got bigger tooI use chicks also,but she doesn't like them unless she hasn't eaten for a couple days.She is growing like a weed at 16 month's old, on the rats.
