For many of you who aren't familiar with the
U acanthinurus nigriventris (werneri), here is
a couple of pics of one of my exceptional and
proven pairs and what they've produced just a
couple of weeks ago.

These werneri are somewhat rare as they aren't
being worked by many herpers out there, mostly
because they are far and few between. They are
known for their short snouts, blocky heads and
eyes up high on their heads. They are a short tailed
acanths with an average of about 16-17 smaller size
tail whorls as well as somewhat smaller spikes.

I've been working with these for the last five years
and I have to say that they are among my favorites
of the U acanthinurus sub species.
