ID on wild snake...

This snake was found in Atlanta, Georgia and posted on another forum looking for information as to what species it was. The picture isn't all that good but if someone could help out it would be much appreciated.

Yup, sure looks like an Eastern garter snake (Thamnophis sirtalis).
