are their any sources for moths or larger flying insects. Any help would be appreciated. I know that wax worms turn into a moth, but I am uncertain as to how to speed up the process or how long it takes.

Takes about a couple of weeks for wax worms to turn to moths. Look for the pupa of 'em. My beardies love 'em though lol
