... Tubs.
I am looking for tubs to build a rack for large kings and black milks. Any suggestions or favorites would be appreciated.

Hands down Vision, scroll to the bottom!

However for the species you mentioned I think a CB-70 would be a good choice. They are available from vision and reptiletubs.com
Best of Luck

You don't necessarily want the BIGGEST tubs. I just got my first Vision rack and am very happy with it - I'll be ordering more. They have tub sizes from 32 quart to the big boa tubs mentioned below that would be appropriate for kings depending on what types and how much floor space you want to give them.
If you want to build your own, I like the Sterilite 41 quart tubs - they are 16x34x6 inches and are nice because you can use 16 inch melamine shelving off the rack from Home Depot cut to 36 inches. I just built a 10-spot rack that I'm really happy with, and I'm not a carpenter by any stretch of the imagination.
You'll save a little bit of money with DIY, but check out the Vision racks - they are very nice and also very reasonably priced.
