We went and checked out Carefree, AZ back on 6-6-07. Fun place. Wish there were more snakes though. 2 nights of road cruising yielded only this Pima Leafnose.

WOW,
That blows! That sucks to drive all that way and only get to see a few things. I'm surprised you did'nt see more. Those areas are usually loaded with reptiles!

You know, I have a few spots out in the areas of AZ that you named where we can find some nice reptiles. Maybe even a few Gilas. Maybe we should plan a trip out their some time!

Nice pictures Reako. To bad about the Sonoran, that would have been a nice snake to find.
