Anyone have experience with....

Does anyone have experience with zoo-meds "wipe out 1" disinfectant or "Healthy Habitat"? I am looking for a disinfectant that cleans and deodorizes for those in between cleanings.... Or anything else that is safe and kills odor...

Use a steamer.
They are pretty expensive (couple hundred bucks I think) but you can rent them. I borrow my moms twice a year - and then use it for all kinds of things. Works really well for cleaning all kinds of stuff that is hard to get at with traditional sponge. Just be sure to follow the directions as it is a burn hazard.

Wipe out works well and smells good after cleaning. Make sure you let your cage dry and air out completely after cleaning before you put reptiles in.
I now use chlorhexidine and have for several years. It does not leave a strong after smell like wipe out but is safe for animals when diluted.
I chose Chlorhexidine because my Vet uses it to clean out his cages. Figured he can’t be all wrong.

I like Healthy Habitat for odors in carpet, sand, and aspen bedding, but I wouldn't rely on it as a disinfectant. I use it as a freshener between deep cleanings.
