I bred a spider male to a pastel female,but also female was bred by a pastel male.Got 4 pastels 2 spiders and a normal.(normal is still in the egg)I am thinking running two males may have decreased my odds.I did the two male thing so I wouldnt miss my window with the female as my spider always breeds late.Terry

You missed your window? Balls dont have windows. They breed all year if you know how. and useing 2 or more males is fine. you just had bad luck on this cluth..

I must not know how ,only started in 2002.I do know they breed all year but that is not how I breed them.Thanks for the input.Terry

just saying dont rely on a window...teh produce follicales all year...they jsut get bigger when stimulated too by either enviroment or horny males...lol

You may have missed on the Bee's but that still looks like a nice clutch to me.

HEY... you didn't get any SUPER Pastels ether... so you could say you had double bad luck...
Or it really was just a spiderxpastel clutch... and no pastelxpastel going on.

I just hatched a 5 egg clutch from Pastel x Spider, got 2 Pastels and 3 normals...now thats bad odds!

Thanks for all the comments,I did get 1.1 spiders and 2.2 pastels so it wasnt all bad.It does make me appreciate the male bee I have though.Terry
