well with all the talk on here about having problems with easterns eating i was leary about bringing one home but i did keep it and boy did i luck out.

my buddy called me and said he caught a milk snake and so i went over and he had this super tiny little eastern milk so i checked it and its a female and decided i would try and get it acclimated. so after about 4 days i tried feeding and nothing so i left it alone and the next day when i was doing cage checks i found that it had shed, so instantly i was hoping that it hadnt eaten in the wild before i recieved it. so a couple of days later i dropped in a super small pink and walked away turning the lights out as i went. i had to go back in their to feed the other snakes and decided to peek in and the pink was half way down. so i said screw it the other snakes can wait i shut the lights off and left it be. snake is doin great now and i will post pics after it has time to settle in. now i have my buddy lookin for a male so i can have a locality pair
