c.palearis with twisted toe

Hi My c.palearis has a twisted front toe on his right front foot. He is pretty small and came from the pet shop like this. I am just noticing now because I was letting him settle in. Is there any thing I can or should do to help??? He gets around fine and uses his foot normally. See attached photo. Thank you
