Did anyone go to the show this weekend? I missed the Gecko Talks on friday, but I went to both days of the show. It seemed to be a good year for Rhacodactylus breeders. I went on Saturday afternoon and most of the crested geckos that the vendors had brought sold out in the morning. Sunday afternoon, however, I managed obtain 4 really great looking "Flame" babies for $100.
I was wondering if anyone went to the show. If so, what other phases were available from other dealers? I only saw the ones at Reptiles by Mack, Ben Siegel, Dragon's Den, Sandfire, Reptile Industries, and Regal. There were lots of other species. I saw quite a few leachianus and auriculatus too. There were also coupons for free T-Rex foods if you showed them a receipt for each species purchased. I managed to get their last bottle of Crested food and have started mixing it with peach baby food with some success.
I am new to crested geckos and have been lurking on this forum for quite a long time. I will probably be posting more since I have these new guys. So far, two out of the four have eaten baby food mixed with the crested food (not bad in the first 24 hours).
