Rodent Style........ i produced this girl a few weeks ago, i breed about 50% of what i feed and i only have fancy/colored mice and this girl popped out, i have never seen a white mouse with BLACK eyes before, needless to say she is not going to be turned into snake poop as of yet, i am going to play with her genetics and see if i can produce more of them

Do you guys still have those weird long haired mice at the store?

all the fancy mice at the store come from my breeders at home, I trade in the weird/cool ones as pets for store credit for some crickets to feed my frogs, it works pretty well for me, i am expecting a few litters from the long hair producers soon, non of the parents are long hairs but 50% of their babies are

that the long hairs were that unusual or desireable. I have a bunch in a bunch of colors. They're all snake food though.

Hey Chris, i dont really consiter any rodent desirable, my snakes do though, at the store that i work at, "fancy" mice sell very well as pets, i simply look at it as free food for my frogs for a week (the are bottomless pits) if i breed something that looks neat, plus my girlfriend is in charge of getting in the small animals for the store so she just picks out what she wants.
