This is the abused tegu I recently acquired. Believe it or not, he (she?) is over a year old! She measures about 5 inches snout to vent and has severe MBD (her front paws are curled under), but her appetite is good, and she's very active.

Me, too. It breaks my heart watching her stumble around on her poor little curled up paws. I worry that if she does put on weight, her paws are going to give her even more trouble. I just can't imagine how anyone would let an animal get to this point.

Thanks! I worry about the poor little thing so much. I haven't noticed any notable increase in size yet, but I guess it's only been a week.
