Your female looks a lot like my little lady. I have been asking if the calico gene is a co-dom thing or what but no one seems to be willing to answer my posts.
My female is also a dwarf. She is two years old and about 8 - 9 foot long. She is sweet as pie and just stunning. She had just finished shedding out.
I was told two of he sisters have already started to turn.

My Questions are:

I have heard that the Calico genes only seem to be in females and that females are the only ones to turn and to change color. Is that true?

At what age do they start the transformation? I've heard it's between 2-5 years old.

I wouls really like more information.
Thank you.

Looks, brains, and venom . . . . how do I stay single?

Hey Christine!
That's a pretty girl....she's a "mini me" version of mine! LOL!! I picked up 1.2 "Hets" from Kevin @ NERD 4 years ago, he could answer all your questions about Calicos. BTW: none of mine have turned Calico, YET!
