A couple of plains garters (T. radix)

Steve_Craig Jul 18, 2007 08:34 PM

Here's two of my four garters I received from Scott Felzer yesterday. First is a normal plains female, and the second is an axanthic plains female. The picture of the axanthic does not do her justice. She has a greenish dorsal stripe with a bluish/black ventral area. A stunning looking garter.
I also picked up a red-side (paritalis) and florida blue stripe. I'll post some pics of them soon. Steve

Thanks. These are my first radix. Without a doubt they are outstanding garters. I fed them for the first time since I received them, and both were very aggressive feeders on pinky parts. You got to love it.
